Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of the customer receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days after dispatch for most locations within Canada.

While we do our best to ensure fast and reliable delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods). We appreciate your patience in these situations.
